We are extremely happy with the wedding ring that we ordered and the exceptional customer service provided by Tom! We requested a customised version of the ring and Tom was amazing in answering our many questions and sourcing a special piece of fossil for us. We were absolutely delighted upon receiving the ring. The quality is amazing, the colours and flecks in the fossil inlay are really beautiful, and we really enjoyed the information sheets on the fossils that were also provided. The wedding ring is totally unique and so special to a groom who loves dinosaurs. We highly recommend Tom and his lovely work to anyone looking for a unique wedding ring, 5 star service all around!

Over the moon, truly. Bought this to be my wedding ring! Beautiful smooth polished finish inside so it feels light to wear. Visible materials give it an earthy feel. Learning about the sourced materials on the card gives a uniquely honest touch, unlike many other items branded as fossil rings. A totally confident purchase!

The ring is exactly as pictured, really special piece of jewellery I bought as a gift for my partner and he loves it. Tom is absolutely lovely - responds really quickly to messages and is super helpful, he goes above and beyond. We actually bought the wrong size and needed to exchange, and Tom made the process super quick and easy for us. Can’t recommend enough!

DOES YOUR JEWELLERY COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
There is no certificate of authenticity with my jewellery, there's not actually an official body that certifies fossils in the UK, so any certificate wouldn't really mean anything anyway.
I can say with confidence that the fossils are legit and are checked by my supplier's in-house palaeontologist, further information regarding authenticity can be gained by contacting us directly using the 'contact me' form.
All fossils used in our jewellery are photographed and documented.
Do you offer resizing or repairs?
Domestic Orders (UK): Free returns and replacements are available. Just send us a message and we will arrange everything.
International Orders: Returns are welcome, but the buyer covers the cost of return shipping. Just send us a message and we will arrange everything.
Making sure you're completely happy with your purchase is our main priority.
Accidents can happen and due to the relatively delicate nature of the fossil pieces may chip over time. If this happens contact us and we will get it repaired for no cost.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. This is typically within 3-5 days of placing your order.
All UK parcels are shipped with Tracked 24 Royal Mail. All international parcels are shipped with International Tracked Royal Mail.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
