Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods, new product launches, or sales events, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, I will contact you directly.
UK Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Standard delivery: 1–3 working days
Shipping cost is included in the price of your purchase.
International Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked International)
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of world: 5–12 working days
International delivery times can vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply in their country.
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided and will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within the processing time above, please get in touch.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed to the postal service, delivery is outside my direct control. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

- weather or transport issues
- peak seasonal demand
If your order appears significantly delayed, I will always help investigate and find a solution.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, I may not be able to redirect it. If the item is returned to me, re-shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
