Returns, Refunds & Repairs Policy
I want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, I will always do my best to help.
Because each piece is individually made using natural materials, small variations and unique characteristics are part of what makes your jewellery special.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unworn and in original condition
- It must be returned in original packaging where possible
- You must contact me before sending the item bacK
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will confirm the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part (for example, incorrect or faulty item).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or would prefer to exchange your item, please contact me and I will be happy to help arrange this where possible.
Repairs (Lifetime Support)
All fossil inlay pieces include free lifetime repair support.
Natural materials can occasionally require maintenance over time, especially with daily wear. If your inlay becomes damaged, worn, or needs attention, I can repair and restore it.
Repair process:
- Contact me with a description and photo if possible
- I will confirm the repair and provide return instructions
- Once received, repairs are usually completed quickly and returned promptly
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to me. Return shipping after repair may apply depending on location.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Fossil and natural inlay materials are unique and may vary slightly in colour, pattern, and texture. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
While designed for everyday wear, all jewellery should be treated with reasonable care to maintain its condition.
Care guidance is provided with every order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) and I will resolve the issue quickly.
