Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Every piece contains genuine prehistoric fossil material, responsibly sourced from established suppliers. No imitation or synthetic materials are used.
Can I wear this every day?
Yes. The materials are designed for daily wear, and the fossil inlay is sealed and polished for durability.
What if I choose the wrong size?
No problem — we offer lifetime resizing and adjustments. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll help you choose.
Will the fossil crack or fall out?
Repairs are extremely rare (under 1% of orders), and all repairs are covered for life.
Is each piece identical?
No — natural fossil variation means every piece is completely unique.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is prepared and finished to order. Dispatch times and delivery estimates are shown above the Add to Cart button.
Can I wash my hands or shower wearing it?
